ibeju lekki, yes, ikorodu, never, i used to av 2 plots at igbogbo in ikorodu, i sold it with annoyance, added some money and buy a plot on d island, check d calliber of people dat stays in ikorodu and check out lekki people, think of free trade zone and massive development going on at ibeju lekki, u will not even think abt ikorodu again. Yea i do agree with you, lekki has alot of potentials.

Bigx there are very few dry lands in lekki, most of them require filling

even if it is swampy, it's FAR better than Ikorodu. Sandfil it & build where civilised people live.

Where exactly in ibeju lekki?

Bigx ikorodu has it potentials, there are many businesses that can be established in ikorodu that are not there now e.g a big shopping arcade. Manbucha its anywhere in Ibeju Lekki but Eleko beach environs has alot of potentials, it could be for business or residential

My thoughts exactly. Government has big plans for that axis and the calibre of people differs a great deal.
