It's probably going to be considered a classic.

I watched the movie and while it was good, it didnt quite match the quality of the book itself.

I read Patterson and I've never seen that book :/

Cross Country is a book to read. I wonder how James got his idea about the book. And his description about the Oshodi Market is really something to reckon with. LOL!

So, here's another then:
1. Author's def not African, but he's written about us on occasion.
2. This author was mentioned earlier in the thread, several pages behind.
3. The book is about a guy who went to jail as a result of the scheming of others, then he got lucky after meeting a look alike of his in jail.
I've put up this obvious last clue because, even though the author is very popular, I'm not sure this particular book is.
