Politics as it is said, is a dangerous game. A hero could overnight turn to be an enemy. While an enemy can certainly be a hero. That is politics! The hatred almost all Nigerian leaders, business men, religious leaders and top government functionaries bestowed over buhari. Is exactly what make's me undergone a research and a simple investigation. Certainly, I realize buhari was an innocent and honest citizen who became a victim of political deformation. To be honest, buhari fought corruption to the core between 1983-1985 as head of state in Nigeria. Buhari is the only Nigerian citizen and leader who after serving the nation in various capacity. As a minister of petroleum, state governor and head of state in the richest black nation. But was later seen in kaduna joining cue on a fuel station with his old shagari style Mercedes-Benz in 2001. I also realize, buhari was never ever a religion extremist as been accused. I remember in 2003 when buhari's convoy was seriously stoned in lafia. The Nasarawa state capital of trying to install a Christian governor in the state. His personal driver is a Christian, he married a christian wife. Why would such a person be accused of religion extremism? The statement he made that was considered as saying, Christians should vote a Christian candidate, and Muslims should vote muslim candidate was only politicized. The journalists do not understand hausa properly and the statement was made in hausa. And many Nigerians came out publicly and said buhari did not make such statement. Considering the boko haram situation, that buhari is also been accused of sponsoring. Only because he did not came out publicly to condemned their activities. But how many south south leaders came out publicly to condemned the Niger delta militants activities. Southern leaders think the are the only one's scared of their life's. So much to say about the gentle man buhari but time will not permit me.Conclusively, am not telling any one to vote for buhari. But I only want Nigeria citizens to be conscious of the state of the nation. Particularly now that anybody who want to restore hope for Nigeria is a victim of political deformities. May God help Nigeria.
