Apart from our trade terms we would transact with any buyer who has a running charter on a vessel for Tran shipment which would be between Nigeria waters and ghana waters

Official letter of intent/acceptance to trade terms stating readiness to transact asap,and
with verbiage stating the request of an indemnity to the tune of any amount, should incase any party should default when transaction commence. This would facilitate release of SPA.
POP would be given via Bank, after signing of SPA and returning with valid running CPA, Q88 and Invoice of Charter or Ownership cert (mandatory), vessels long side, inspectors and s.cargo board for confirmation and test, payment instrument given, transhipment done, payment made. All these can be done under 72 hours start to finish.
