Its called induction, not inducement... The risk depends on the caregiver.. Don't let any quack induce you. Try and look for a tertiary institution closest τ̲̅ȍ Ʊ... A FMC or a teaching hospital.. Cos often with induction, d labour might not progress and you could need a caesarean section.. A baby with the head up is what we call 'breech' and its another probable indication for a CS.. PLEASE Ʊ need τ̲̅ȍ see an obstetrician...

Op, i hope you're not one of those people that vehemently reject the option of a c-section? If you're induced while your baby is breech, it could cause great complications. Also trying turning a baby from breech into a cephalic position is extremely painful and risky to you and the baby. Consult your obsterician for more enlightement.
