I need a very good web developer, to develop a website for an estate management agency. there should be a database that holds information like property address, certificate number etc, there should be another table for tenants, when they move in, how much they paid, rent, do they owe or are they being owed etc. the site should have means to generate report on fly and be able to export query results in excel. there should be an automated script that monthly generates and emails report on which estate rent is due that month etc etc.
there should be built in access control for different user levels from mare data entry to super users etc etc. also any positive additions and suggestions are welcome. the main scripting should be done in PHP, DB is mysql. if you are interested kindly email me on ayiyasynergy@gmail.com with your price.
