TTT PROCEDURE
1. seller gives SPA to buyer along with POP (proof of product)
2. Buyer and seller sign and seal SPA with their full banking details and forward copies to their respective banks.
3. Buyer returns copies of signed SPA via email to the seller along with bank comfort letter(BCL), ATB Format and supercargo details.
4. Seller gives MARINE ATB
5. Buyer boards seller’s supercargo and immediately seller’s captain opens communication with the buyer’s vessel and a location is agreed upon for the two vessels to meet.
6. The vessels long side. Buyer supercargo confirms product and buyer’s inspectors carry out QnQ with result out within 24 hrs.
7 After satisfactory QnQ , buyer pays for the total cost of cargo by SWIFT TRANSFER to seller’s bank and all agents and facilitators involved and as stated in the signed SPA, within max. 24 hrs upon presentation of QnQ certificate and final invoice from the seller.
8. Transaction closed and buyer’s vessel sails to port of discharge.
NB: if required seller will hand over the hard copy of the bill of lading to buyer after payment.

b. Seller’s Commercial Invoice, One (1) Original and three (3) copies
c. SGS/Saybolt Certificate of Quality and Quantity, One (1) original and three (3) copies.
d. Certificate of Origin issued by NNPC, One (1) Original and three (3) copies
e. Certificate of Authenticity issued by NNPC, One (1) original and three (3) copies
f. Certificate of ownership
g. Master’s receipt for Samples
h. Master’s receipt for Documents
i. Cargo Manifest
