President Jonathan Retains Ihejirika As Army Chief In Military Shake Up by chino24: 6:53pm On Oct 04, 2012
President Goodluck Jonathan has announced the appointment of new military service chiefs. In a release by Presidential spokesperson Reuben Abati today, Mr. Jonathan named Vice Admiral Ola Sa`ad Ibrahim as the new Chief of Defense Staff.

Also appointed is Rear Admiral D. J. Ezeoba who becomes Chief of Naval staff Chief while Air Vice Marshall A. S Badeh becomes the chief of Air Staff.

Lt.-Gen. O.A. Ihejirika retains his position as the chief of Army staff.

This is a deliberate sideline of YORROBBER tribe in the scheme of things. Maybe there is no more qualified yorober man in the military.
