I will recommend Dsnyj(disney junior) a dstv channel, all their cartoon series are good for kids and kids love them.

DSTV's channel 306(C Beebies) is very educative and entertaining for little kids, for older kids try BBC learning, BBC knowledge, Discovery and History channels.

0 - 6 ...Disney Junior (309), C beebies (306) are good stations on Dstv.

7 and above... Learn (319), NatGeo, Discovery World, Discovery Channel and C -Mus are all good streams of development.

From age 0 to 6yrs, the best program is sesame street and Barney. You can download podcast from sesamestreet.org. they are very educational and don't have violent scenes in them. From my opinion Ben10 is really not educational for our children. If you ask me, keep the kids from DSTV. NTA programs are better sensored.
