Job Descriptions Summary:
Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of the technology solution, IT infrastructure and the Financial Information Management Systems.
Helpdesk support
Plan and implement network and information security measures, manage host security, file permissions, back up and disaster recovery plans and file system integrity·Support the LAN, WAN, network segment, Internet and other operation systems as required·
Provide day to day onsite administrative support for all MIS solutions software·Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures·Conduct technical trainings on IT and MIS for users within the Bank to maximize the use of Infrastructure and the MIS·
Develop, implement and oversee database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software·
Install and configure relevant network components to ensure database access as well as database consistency and integrity·
Installation, Configuration and Administration of DHCP,DNS, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.

Knowledge of Banking operations, relevant certification(s) and Accounting would be a great advantage.
