A new distribution company is in need of the following staff. The company is located at Adeniyi Jones Ikeja.

We need the services of the following personal:

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
• Daily Planner
• Meetings Organiser/Arranger
• General Administration
• Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages, while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
• Ability to Bargain get bargain on product prices and timely delivery.
• Function as the receiver of official documents and important mail addressed to the office
• Maintain records and keep track office supplies
• Ensure general organisation and general tidiness of the office
• Ensure the proper filing of pertinent documents
• Perform primary contact and establish rapport with clients, visitors and people going in and out of the office on a daily basis
• Ensuring the comfort and seeing to the needs of the clients, visitors to the office
• Perform active participation in meetings and conferences and take down relevant notes during the process

Requirements:
• Professional skills
• Writing skills
• Microsoft office packages skills
• Must be internet savvy
• Fluency in English, Yoruba (Ibo, Hausa is a plus)
• Multi-tasking capacity
• Self-management skills
• Degree status is irrelevant.

Live within Ikeja, agege, ogba and environs.
Degree is irrelevant. Must be smart, attentive to detail, and be able to multi task.
