I only know of UBA. It is there that they work their asses off like donkeys and they have nothing to show for it, except their bent shoes and incessant complaints. Despite the fact that all banks are re-energizing, the bank has refused to change and they want to make more profit. If u see UBA staff where they complain, you will lose all interests in being a banker. No wonder, they are running to other banks. I av been to some of their branches where u'd rather prefer to stay outside when it's raining. It's not funny. We go to other banks and we see what they are like. U might wanna steal ideas from other banks when it comes to their structures and ambience, but for sure not UBA. Na wa o.
