ℓ̊ ​A̶̲̥̅♏ a real estate practitioner. It is sad that some of the agents posting property bulletin on nairaland on a daily basis are not only FAKE,some of these FAKE AGENTS are on this platform to dupe innocent & unsuspecting Nigerians.
Pls beware of such agents. Non existing properties are advertised for sale & let @ some funny rate. Old properties are advertised as porch & freshly built.
Landed properties are advertised for sale without documents & or direct brief from owner/ or principal agent.

Pls beware of these send me recharge card agents & time wasters.

tongue guess that is what happens in an unregulated industry. too many conmen masquerading as estate agent.
