Their lies and propaganda do not even add up. There was no law, in the first place, that made it compulsory for any multinational to have headquarters in Lagos. It was business decision of each company. Two, there is no presidential orders or fiat that say company A move your head office to location X. It's still the business decision of individual companies. There are numerous headquarters of diverse multinational companies in Lagos to start with but I am still scratching my head to get one in SE. None in Enugu, not even banks. What am I talking about, a region without International Airport, which serious multinational company will take its HQ to such a place?

Let me teach you an elementary lesson. Prof! hehe!
Go and check, SE has the next highest concentration of BANKS in Nigeria after Lagos (After Lagos, Anambra has the next highest bank branches). And guess what again, outside of Lagos, no other SW state even comes close to Anambra state (for example) in number of bank branches.
Now imagine what would happen after GEJ completes Enugu International Airport. shocked shocked

Onlytruth, ha ha, let me teach you elementary economics, the number of banks does not matter. What matters is the GDP!
What's the GDP of the entire SE relative to any five states in SW ( I am not even counting Lagos)?

Eze Igbo

Can you tell us why Fidelity and Diamond Bank which are undisputed Igbo Banks cant locate their headquarters in Igbo land.

How come the only Hausa Bank Unity Bank has its headquarter in Abuja.

Was it Awolowo that caused that also?

Let me even share a little secret.
I have urged my "council members" that we stop supporting Biafra's secession, because honestly, I am happier with the emerging Nigeria.
The days of lies have since passed, and only the truth will shape the new Nigeria. All the priviledges of the civil war victors have since dwindled and the table turned!
We should not leave them when we have them by the jugular. cool Oh well @ BILIE.

What some of you don't know is that we are FARRRRRRRRRRRRRR ahead of you in terms of brainwaves. cool

What is the GDP of the whole SE compared to the SW minus Lagos.

He's too slow to learn. Taxes paid at HQ level are far more than the crumbs paid to their respective states in SE.

SMH @ this level of pedestrian brain.

Do you know how much of Lagos banks is under Ndigbo control in Lagos?
Do you know how much Ndigbo control in the WHOLE Nigerian banks?
Basically, we have since turned the table and erased all the advantanges given to you by your thieving satanic "papa". cool

I watched a Nigerian movie (shot in Enugu) recently, and I was SHOCKED by the type of buildings and layouts springing up in Enugu.
The quality of the buildings are not found in any part of Nigeria, trust me. cool

From the information I have, we really should stay in Nigeria and deal with you guys: basically fix all the errors of 1966 till date.

^^ WHy are your Igbo bank owners not relocating the headquarters back to Yiboland?

Why are they keeping the headquarters in Yorubaland? when the hausas have taken theirs to their region

Is it because Igbos just want to leech on others?

It is because you fought to bring us back into Nigeria. So, we decided to internally colonize you. cheesy

We must have our banks in your land, whether you like it or not; and we will buy up all your banks in time.
It is called economics and business.

So now its that they willingly located their Headquarters in Yorubaland, Initially it was that govt forced those Oil companies to have headquarters in Lagos

So which one

Were companies forced to have headquarters in Lagos or they chose Lagos on their own?

Waiting for the senseless Igbo logic that would follow

Oil companies should go back to our brothers and neighbors in SS if the oil is extracted from there.
Anambra state ensured that our oil is prospected by an Anambra oil company. I suspect that Imo and Abia may follow suit.
That is justice and fairness.

Banks are owned by Nigerians, and have no catchment area. It is survival of the fittest.

One pepper soup market in Onitsha is more than the economy of other SW states (minus Lagos) combined.
