Job Title: Pre-sales Specialist Job objective: 1. INCREASE PROFITABILITY by developing, packaging and selling commercially & technical attractive business solutions to customers 2. SUPPORT SALES TEAM by providing ready (pro-active) assistance to team in terms of a) customer follow up b) defending technical solutions c) submitting proposals on time 3. INFLUENCE CUSTOMER CHOICE by a) understanding customers requirements clearly b) providing better solutions and options c) submitting high quality submissions within the agreed time frame 4. REDUCE COMPANY EXPOSURE by submitting accurate and complete technical, project and commercial proposals 5. FACILITATE PROJECT EXECUTION by documenting all information (e.g. scope, diagrams, customer/supplier correspondence) immediately and by clarifying job scope with implementation team 6.
