Have u ever enjoyed Product warranty in Nigeria?
Most warranty products I know in Nigeria are related to electronic gadgets and I am ye to enjoy any. Most Nigerians are yet to enjoy it too either for the fact that they are not aware of it existence, condition associated with it i.e. (filling of warranty form and sending it to the manufacturer or their representative after purchase) and low level of public enlightenment on the part of the Consumer Protection Council of Nigeria.
When I hear advertisement announcing 24 months warranty on product, I always ask myself whether or not warranty actually convinces consumers to patronize product in Nigeria. Does convince you?
