I intend to build a website with database/repository of information which users will be able to query and get needed information from the database/website (for example, a user might want to query the database of the website for hotels and their addresses available in London, Manchester etc.)What type of platform is advisable or suitable for this type of website or better still, what is your advise on getting this done. Please note that I also want to disable right-clicking(copying of information) from the website except for displaying purpose only, please advise accordingly

you can achieve the first one by querying search engines(with tricks and tweaks) and the latter by simply using javascript.
