I wonder why someone that has successfully completed his course in a volatile school and service would choose to celebrate around school community.
The assailants probably heard he was around and they were tailing him, they made it easier by engaging in a loud argument with shop owners they collided with thereby alerting the attackers to themselves.

How can the shop owner be held responsible when it was the students reckless driving that lead into collision with the shop in the first place?
If the aciddent had not happened there would not be any encounter with the shop owner. In fact, the shop owner was lucky he/she was not shot, because clearly the killers knew what they were doing and the students presense exposed he/she to danger of been shot with them.

Unless you can prove that a "stationary" shop caused the accident so the students could be killed there. The shop owner is just a witness not an accomplice

Yeah, it looks like a frat hit but it's possible that the guy didn't graduate from uniport and there's no way those assailants trailed him all the way from wherever he graduated from to where he went to the day he passed outta NYSC to kill him..I really think the guy they were trailing was the uniport guy, it kind of make more sense than the guy that just passed out..Well let's not conclude yet, let's wait for a better version of the story to come out
