Well your assumptions are correct...I'm a Nigerian.

You joined NL today, and you seem to find your feet so quickly. Most people spend days, months, weeks and even years before they make their first post.

I'm hoping you'll have a great time here.

Never mind though...just random questions.

I wanted to truly confirm if indeed you're actually new, or you're just another oldie pulling our legs.

But it seems my doubts have been over shadowed by your innocence...welcome to Nairaland and have fun.

No. I want to marry Someone who speaks the same language, has the same culture, and looks like me. I think everyone is like that.
Besides Somali men are very handsome. I dont believe in dating or marrying outside of my ethnicity.

but having a connection with some else is better than marrying a somali u dont connect with that much
Re: First Day On nairaland by Luul(f): 7:29am On Oct 21, 2012
My parents have to approve of my marriage. I want my kids to be Somali. I believe love comes after marriage. cheesy
Besides I find that somali men are very handsome so no need to look elsewhere. I would always feel uncomfortable being with a man who isnt Somali.

I understand somali;s are very cultural and very proud pple-thats a good thing

Nigerians are also like that. .I love my Nigerianess but am inlove with a non Nigerian because I connect with him most
I am trying 2 avoid him so i can stick 2 my Naija man but its hard

Somali girls are gorgeous but I DONT find yr men that handsome-find them 2 skinny
Re: First Day On nairaland by Luul(f): 7:38am On Oct 21, 2012
Well we all got different tastes.

I think having a child and husband that looks like me and have my culture is very important.
I know black guys who hit on me but am not attracted to them. So we all got our prefrences.
I would be committing genocide if i were to marry and have kids with a non somali.
I am proud of my culture and want to have kids who look like me.

somali men maybe skinny but they do look good. but to each his own. and if it were not for these skinny guys their would be no somali women. wink
