Plis i will like us to share the amount we pay monthly to phcn in our various homes, mine is too much and i hav complained alot about this high rate of bills they sent to us,but they usually tell me that the amount is nation wide ...As for my area in Abia state(over-rail area),we do pay #9500 monthly,yet the light aint consistence... |
