A trip to the psychiatric hospital

A pilot was flying a group
of mad people
He was flying them to a psychiatric hospital, so the mad people on board started making a lot of noise in the plane.
The noise was so intensed that it got to were the pilot was.
All of a sudden one of the mad men
came to meet the pilot saying
" I want you to teach me how to fly a plane"
Then the pilot was exasperated and surprised at the man's request. So he replied saying " really, ok i will teach you, but first go tell your colleagues to be quiet.
So immediately he left the pilot,
10mins later he came back to meet the pilot , now the plane is quiet.
So the pilot asked the mad man "how did you do that ?"
So he replied " i just pushed them all outside to play".
