No u can't, because u will inevitably be declared blasphemous when u discourse his horrible actions. In every majority muslim country criticizing muhammed is punished with the death sentence. And they are already trying to impose this on the rest of the world through a law @ the un.
Again if u live in a muslim majority country or comunity do not criticize muhammed.
