1. An Examination Officer.
Job Description
The school is a modern secondary school with traditional values. As such the candidate being sought out for must be one of high integrity, sound ethics,be able to maintain confidentiality and be able to work accurately and keep to deadlines. Minimum of three years experience required.

Purpose of the Job
The Examination Officer is responsible for the smooth running and administration of all aspects of internal and external examinations and to liaise with teachers, students, parents and examination boards (NECO/WAEC/SAT/TOEFEL/CIE) in respect of examination requirements, entries, results, and communication, ensuring that the School adheres to all Awarding Bodies' regulations. Encouraging a positive examination culture in the school to which all staff and students subscribe.

Key Competencies
Must be ICT literate and able to use the internet, eg consult websites, access information, download material/make entries electronically, operate the school's database, produce and operate spreadsheet packages, produce analyses, use email. Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to liaise with examination boards, teachers, parents and students.

Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain an up to date knowledge of the examination system, Examination Board regulations.
Liaise with Examination Boards regarding all aspects of policy relating to examination regulations.
Be the principal administrator in preparing and submitting all examination entries to relevant Boards.
Be the School's principal link with Examination Boards, following up queries from subject teachers, regarding examination related issues, disseminating to relevant staff, literature regarding examinations or syllabuses sent by Examination Boards.
Organize the invigilation, sitting of all internal and external examinations, booking venues and publicizing the examination schedule to staff and students.
Maintain the Examinations Office in an appropriate manner, developing clear administrative systems, ensuring examination materials including furniture are kept securely and in a well maintained condition.
Receive, disseminate, collect, return requests for predicted grades and other information requested by examination boards.
Briefing students on examination regulations and producing written guidelines for staff and students.
Producing analyses of examination results as soon as practicable.
Providing statistics on examination entries and results for the principal, management team etc.
Resolving examination clashes in accordance with regulations
Arranging invigilation, including briefing and training in school procedures.

2. German/French Teacher
3. Upper Primary Teacher (Literacy/Numeracy)
Purpose of the Job
The German/French teacher is responsible for teaching both two subjects(German and French). He/she must have the language certifications and must have taught for at least a minimum of three years in both subjects.

The Upper Primary Teacher must have taught for a minimum of three years in a reputable school with proficiency in both Math and English. Knowledge of the montessori teaching method is an added advantage.
