Job Title-Marketing Executive (ME)

Key Role
The primary role of the Marketing Executive is to provide constructive feedback on marketing plans and communication campaigns. The Marketing Executive will share his/her knowledge of prior marketing successes, sales figures and projections, consumer behavior and buying patterns to aid the Head, Marketing in assessing the viability of marketing strategies of our real estate business.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and production of all marketing communication materials.
• Gather information and generate insight on new businesses, products and services to identify existing or expected gaps to meet the needs of existing or potential clients.
• Source, identify and generate new business opportunities for the business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Effectively deliver pitches and presentations.
• Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Ongoing and effective monitoring and nurturing of client relationships
• Up to date with professional and industry sector news.
• Carries out other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head, Marketing and Sales

• Understanding of digital media administration tools and usage.

• Computer literate and intermediate use of office productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to develop and make effective presentations and pitches.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road network.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
• Ability to speak more than one Nigerian language will be a plus.

Qualifications & Experience
• First degree in Social Sciences or Arts.
• B.Sc/HND – Second Class Lower/Lower Credit Minimum.
