I think the longest hour for me is 5-6 hours, anything longer that will make me pity my laptop and even with the fan rolling in it, I feel it's not enough and I can assist it with my mouth... what about you?

Huh? 5-6 hours counts as my medium hours. I usually spend up to 12 hours a day on my PC. But that's not good sha. It leads to visual fatigue and high eye cell activity.

Whoa!! Well, I heard two ways to exercise ur eyes is by closing it and massaging it gently. And also looking out to see green things of nature.. That should help you.. Cheers

I know it ain't healthy but i burn 18 hours everyday from Mon to Fri and 6 hours on Sat, and i Log-Off all through Sunday to begin the grinding process again....I'm a structural engineer and daddy gotta put quality food and milk on tha table!!!
