Hello people. Good day. I really want to start up an ice cream business & I've been doing some research on this & I'm loving it more. My only problem thus far's that I'm not sure what equipments I absolutely need to run this business & also where to get these equipments from (especially the ice cream machine.) So people I kindly .need your help & suggestions as to what equipments I need & where I can get them. Thanks. |

There are different type of machine, soft ice cream machine and batch freezer for gelato "ice cream". Your will need 3 machine to make the gelato. 1. Batch freezer 2. Pasteuriser 3. Blast freezer. An average spend on all machine is 5million naira. |
