I need a miniflat or a good Room selfcontained to rent asap.
It should be around Surulere (preferably around Ogunlana drive, Omololu, Ekololu, Falolu, Randle areas).
It could also be around Ojuelegba, Ilasa or Idiaraba.
Should be clean, with running water and a parking space, in a good environment, and of course no flooding.

Very much prefer one year rent, but am open to 2years, however total package should not exceed 600k.
