maclatunji: That Jesus Christ (AS) is actually mentioned 5 times more often in the Qur’an than Prophet Muhammad (AS). Prophet Jesus (as) is mentioned 25 times while Prophet Muhammad (sa) is mentioned 5 times.according to the words of Sheikh Ahmad Deedat Prophet Jesus (as) appears in the Holy Quran 500% more than Prophet Muhammad (sa). |

there were many things to set straight about Jesus Christ. e.g his birth, claims of divinity, trinity |

F00028: there were many things to set straight about Jesus Christ. e.g his birth, claims of divinity, trinity lol This is an old position thoroughly debunked. Please not again There was nothing to set straight, instead the Quran misses so many stuff about Jesus by a wide margin. Jesus appeared this many times in the Quran to appease to others, who, at the time, viewed fledgling Islam with suspicion. |

tiarabubu: And.....? How does that change anything? It made you comment , that's a change by itself . It just shows how we Muslims love Jesus (AS) . If you truly love Jesus you will learn about Islam honestly and find it is the true continuation of Jesus' religion. You took a break? This is your first post I am seeing here in a while. |
Re: Did You Know? by F00028: 2:15pm On Nov 10, 2012 |
tiarabubu: first of all, it's not for you. it sets things straight for 1 billion plus muslims. that's why we don't say stuff about Jesus Christ today like the jews and atheists do. second, pick anything the Qur'an says about Jesus Christ and prove how it's wrong. |
Re: Did You Know? by tiarabubu: 9:17pm On Nov 10, 2012 |
F00028: Can we say the same of the film "innocence of Muslims"? What would you say if the maker of the film had said the following about the hideous film "first of all, it's not for you (Muslims). it sets things straight for 5 billion plus non-muslims" You would be in the same footing ya know. |

maclatunji: Hi Mac, long time. Went on a tour of the west side of the continent. Come! Where ma sallah meat! Now with the pleasantries out of the way, if Muslims love Jesus they would respect John 14:15. |
Re: Did You Know? by F00028: 10:57pm On Nov 10, 2012 |
tiarabubu: not really. first, that worthless piece of cinematography is not a revelation from God. second, he doesn't have 5 billion plus that take him seriously. |
Re: Did You Know? by maclatunji: 11:30pm On Nov 10, 2012 |
tiarabubu: Quote what it says. Who made the Bible the irrefutable mouthpiece of Jesus (AS) anyway? |
Re: Did You Know? by tiarabubu: 12:31am On Nov 11, 2012 |
F00028: And what makes you think your source about Jesus IS a revelation from God? LOL! You are not part of the 5 billion, how would you know? |
Re: Did You Know? by tiarabubu: 12:34am On Nov 11, 2012 |
maclatunji: Check up the quote online. And who made the Quran Jesus' mouth piece? Remember Jesus stories in the Quran are 650 years after the fact! |
Re: Did You Know? by maclatunji: 9:31am On Nov 11, 2012 |
tiarabubu: Not only that it also talks about Jesus' future predicting what he will say on the day of judgement. Check the last 10 verses of Suratul Ma'idah. You want to take us through a never-ending argument. God himself sets the records straight in the Qur'an. I know you don't believe that just because you refuse to reflect. If you study the Qur'an and Islam without bias, you would know better. |
Re: Did You Know? by F00028: 11:19am On Nov 11, 2012 |
tiarabubu:but of course it is! why wouldn't it be? tiarabubu: trust me if something was held sacred by 5 billion people the rest of us would know about it. ps: we can continue to play this little game or you can come right out and say whats really on your mind. |
Re: Did You Know? by tiarabubu: 5:58pm On Nov 11, 2012 |
F00028: How sure are you? Why should it be? trust me if something was held sacred by 5 billion people the rest of us would know about it. But 5 billion people don't hold anything about Islam sacred? ps: we can continue to play this little game or you can come right out and say whats really on your mind. Its in your mind man. |
Re: Did You Know? by F00028: 10:50pm On Nov 11, 2012 |
tiarabubu: quite certain. 14 centuries ago an unlettered man from the "backward" deserts of arabia brings forth a book revealing secrets of the this world that only its Creator could know, 6000 verses on diverse topics yet free from internal contradictions and centuries later, with all the advances in human reasoning and science, it's yet to be successfully refuted. ...and, the book states it is from God and challenges you to disprove it: 'were it not from God they would have found in it many a discrepancy' (Q4:82) tiarabubu: But 5 billion people don't hold anything about Islam sacred? well it's their prerogative, aint it? tiarabubu: Its in your mind man.alright then. |

We know the author of Things Fall Apart, but it still a work of fiction The compilers of the Bible are neither in agreement about its authorships nor its authenticity Everybody needs to read this book (it is plenty though - 500 pages). Muslim need for their education; for Christians it critical as they need it to find the way http://invitetogod.com/dawah/components/com_booklibrary/ebooks/IzharulHaqMaulanaRahmathullahKairanvi-%5BInviteToGod.com%5D.pdf Excerpt Home says on page 131 of Vol. I of his commentaries printed in 1822: "If we accept that some books of the Prophets have been lost and have disappeared, we shall have to believe that those books were never written with the help of inspiration. St. Augustine proved this fact with very strong arguments saying that he had found many things mentioned in the books of the kings of Judea and Israel, but could not find any description of the things in these books. ....." |
