do you intend to apply for a scholarship? you should look at the immigration policy of the country you'd like to go because in some countries you are allowed to work besides your studies and so not.
i heard many Nigerians go to study in Nordic countries such as Finland and Sweden. My former housemate was from China and he studied many years in Switzerland while working at McDonalds to pay for his living expenses. Studies in Switzerland aren't that expensive in term of university fees (around $1000 per year) but then the living costs are quite high, but there are many scholarships.
