I don't actually understand you clearly. If you mean micro-controller programming. Yes,there are lot of different programming languages for that and it is better to develop one's own codes for that than using normal programming language codes, for security reasons and others. I used to play on some for children's robots.

.. thnks man. All i want to design is a toy mobile phone that can recite alphabet and i need someone to put me thru. Any idea would be appreciäted. thnks

What you want is a microcontroller programmer. Buy arduino, it's very simple to program with c/c++
