I think the Student should be blamed,it's his life not the parent or teacher so he should take full responsibility and control his destiny. If the student is not willing to learn their is nothing the teacher can do about it. If the teacher is not a good teacher,the student has the right to report to his parent to get him a lesson teacher or better still the student can study on his own(though the teacher could be blamed in this scenario but their is still something the student can do about it). |
