Nigeria filling stations are all rubbish! I bought fuel inside a keg in one filling station, I discovered the fuel was far below the level it used to reach. I shouted but the most senior attendant calm ♏ε̲̣̣̣̥ down by saying 'oga please bring ur keg let ♏ε̲̣̣̣̥ add small for u' can u immagine wn we are not buying rice and beans.

To all those rooting for NNPC I'm sorry to tell You I remember one time when I went to buy fuel at the one close to festac extension I asked the attendant to sell 4500 naira and while selling it stopped at 3600 and the machine meter reset and d guy just replaced the nozzle as if nothing happened, I was like WTF just happened now and d guy was suprised cos he didn't know I was watching the meter even though was forming Bigboi sitting inside d car, I sharply came down and shouted at the guy eh!!!, he then said that it seems what I'm saying is true cos many people complain of the same thing at that meter
I was lucky that day since that day I've never sat in d car when fuel is being dispensed

The longer their pump holes the bigger you will be cheat, cus any petrol inside that holes is yours, but as long as the stop the nulsle, your remaing petrol will go back into their tank, no way! they will cheat you

...I still think taking a 25 litres keg to the filling station is the best way to find out if the pump is properly calibrated.

Be that as it may...don't think there is any filling station that does not cheat.

Some are just better than others...

For me MRS filling stations have always been the closest to 'reasonable'...

If u see a filling station is always empty dont buy fuel there. If you must, then adopt the wisdom of okada men by buying into a keg or jerry can first. This way you know from the size of the container whether you hav been shortchanged or not.

Whenever you are at the petrol station, as the attendant start to dispense the fuel the litter reading will not start from zero it either start from 0.2 or 0.3 that means they are taking 20% or 30% of a liter from every liter you buy.

But if the liter reading starts from zero then the station is giving you 100% of what you are buying. But this can only happen in few NNPC stations.
