Ever since the directive by the Nigerian communications commission (NCC), to telecom operators, to desist from (as it termed it) “unrealistic“ promotions. I have noticed that mtn in particular have “upped“ thier charges (tarrif, as they call it, or is it thief)?... What do you think, anyone noticed increased “credit wiping“ or am i alone on this? Just asking. |
