u can also use E6000 or UHU glue if u dont get it. they all do the same thing

You cant use uhu for that purpose

I doubt if you can get MOD podge here in Nigeria but you can use other types of fabric glue. I got mine from Office everything at Ikeja shopping mall (shoprite) and I also bought from Crafties hobbycraft at Ikeja(google for full address). They do the same job as MOD podge and they dry clear also.
