A. How do we get started? These are the steps:

4. Fill in your details and click on join now button
5. An activation code will be sent to your email, copy the activation code and paste it into the box including your phone number.
6. Then click on join now button. You will be then re-directed to your account. Upload your company logo and start listing your products, detail products description, specifications, warranty period, product photos, you can set product fixed price (instant buy) or you can set a minimum bid auction price and specify the duration of the auction. (It is the choice of the seller to determine which selling channel best fit his or her business model. Either fix price model or Auction model or both
7. You can log into your account anytime to manage your products. No limitation on the number of products to be listed. No re listing fee (So you can list an item as many time as you want)

B. What are the payment options? Can customers purchase online using theirs cards?

The online facility accepts ALL the ATM cards issued by ALL the banks in Nigeria. ALL the credits/Debits cards issued by ALL the banks in Nigeria. Yes, customers in Nigeria can purchase online using any of the cards issued in Nigeria. We are currently adding an international Credit card payment option and that will be available in the coming two months.

C. What is your delivery arrangement like? How will buyers get their item?

It is the responsibility of the seller to specify when listing a product for sells the pick up location, shipping cost and delivery method. For example – If the seller office location is at Lagos, the seller should specify Lagos as the pickup address. The buyer if located in Lagos can pick up the item purchased from the seller Lagos location or the seller can arrange with the buy to deliver the product at the buyer’s location in Lagos. If the buyer is located outside Lagos, the seller and buyer can arrange the pickup channel.
We always recommend to sellers that at the point of listing a product for sell, the seller should specify clearly these options e.g Pick –up/delivery within - Lagos (8 Ikeja Road Lagos), Outside Lagos (Ask me, can be negotiated/arranged)

D. How we get paid for item sold?

Immediately an item is purchased, the seller is automatically notified with details of the payment information, buyers id, product id and amount purchased. The seller is also automatically instructed to deliver the products within to the buyer. The seller can also see these information on his account page and communicate with the buyer. Usually a seller has 7 working days to deliver the products. As soon as we confirm the receipt of the product from the buyer, the payment will automatically clear to the seller bank account. Visit your account age to get further details. Please note that there is No monthly fee and NO maintenance fee. We ONLY charge 3.7% on every successful transaction amount carried out using justbuyorsell.com online auction facility. A seller pays nothing except he/she/Company makes money. We can list a seller on the home page as soon as a seller meets the requirement to become the most top trusted sellers. This will enhance the seller selling position on the platform. Some of the requirements are 1. The seller’s background information, for a registered company, we will need the company name and RC number. We will conduct registration verification with CAC on the seller and how long long the seller has been in business. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THESE VERIFICATIONS. OUR LEGAL SECTION HANDLE THESE ISSUE ON OUR BEHALF.
