The Tax Collectors and the prostitutes were unlovable but Jesus welcomed them and ate with them. if someone hurt you just let them be. Try as best as possible to forgive and forget. On the cross Jesus prayed for those who crucified him. Stephen prayed for those who stoned him to Death. so in my own opinion nobody is unlovable.

By this I mean, those not deserving of it. Probably those that hurt you, hate you or persecute you; considering that the scriptures instructs us to love all men.

Tell me who deserves to be loved? For all have sinned and come short the glory of GOD. Our righteousness is like filty rag. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.

We are human beings and are imperfect, only God is perfect, so the concept of loving the unlovable cannot be done by our inperfect nature we need the Spirit of God to epower us.

EXERCISE LOVE IN WISDOM. Basically, if we handle hatred towards us the way JESUS handled those who hated him, we won't have problems showing love to the "unlovables".
Always remember that Jesus always excused himself from those who wanted to kill him before his time (right from childhood in the days of Herod), even though he crould have instantly destroyed all his enemies with his powers.
We really have alot to learn from HIM.
