Just a thought, why are employers very wicked It has become a norm in the country for most one man owned companies to owe their workers salaries.
They do not owe 1 month / 2 months. No! They owe 4months, 5months, 6months. They keep owing their workers even at clear indications that sales are great and profits are being made.

I just got info about a company somewhere in Ikeja lagos that the workers have just been paid their May Salary. That leaves June, July, August, Sept, October, November....And of course slowly December is creeping in. You ask me, what have these workers been eating, how have they and their families been coping?? They have kids don't they?? They have TO pay school fees don't they (in this times when schools fees have spiraled to outrageous sums and standard of living sky rocketing??

The MD of this company according to my grapevine bought a new house in GRA Ikeja for 240 Million Naira just Last year December. And yet his workers are owed for 7months and more....I dont know why, but for whatever reasons... this is just wrong. At this point, the workers cannot even shout, or resign for fear of loosing their entitlements.

This is SLAVERY. And employers ought to stop this. The government has to do something about this because there a many companies who PRACTICE this evil.

Seun, front page abeg. We need all employers to read this, and the word to get around, for most of this employees are mute and cannot speak on the matter due to fear. LET THIS BE THEIR VOICE!!!!
