People so am self employed.... meaning i work on other projects.. so am looking for a business to start for 500k total investment that DOES NOT require my everyday supervision since i may be very busy at times. Preferably something that brings in money everyday...

- recharge card sales
- phone/it equipment sales
- food/refreshment sales

There is nothing like property investment.. Buy a plot of land for 150k at atan, just 10mins drive away from Winner's Canaan land. Fence it round and put gate.. Leave it till 2 to 3 yrs, it may worth #3m.. The land belongs to chosen church, for ogun state members to benefit from, but any body can buy now.. From december 1st it wil b #200k.. No need to worry, its so genuine.. They stil hav about 20acres to sell out of the 100acres acquired. Please put ur plans on paper & regularly review, it'll make things clearer & ur destnation easier2reach, do not just rely on what uve thot about/ discussd, put it on paper - usualy called business plan & its not difficult to make..
