Gunmen reportedly attacked the headquarters of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad headquarters in Abuja in the early hours of Monday. The SARS HQ is one of the places boko haram suspects are normally held when transferred to Abuja. When contacted, FCT Police Commissioner Aderenle Shinaba assured that he will soon brief the press about the details of the attack.# However, unconfirmed sources claim a number of detainees were released during the attack. Our security apparatus is not working. Mr. President, the Chief Security Officer of Nigeria needs to be queried. How can Boko Haram be more efficient than our Armed Forces and Police? It is a big shame! |

If this news turns out to be true, it cud only mean one thing: some few persons in d security services hv bn compromisd and hv beliefs that aligns, at least in general terms, with those of BH (weda religious or political). Instead of them to transfer all dis trigger happy policemen in lagos to north. Since they all like to shoot civilians at sight. We have so many idle policemen in dis country sitting down under trees in their stations doing noting. Why not beef up security in the north by sending dem there.
