Celtel would solve the problem, alright? but certainly not now when they're so broke they cant buy gprs equipment to cover nigeria. how on earth would u expect them to have the money to hire real tech guyz? well, the celtel factor is wat u get when u have cheap, busted, BSc graduates-with-nuffin-to-show-for guyz as techs. damn celtel sux. |
