Nothing like 'Aptitude' Test. You have Personality Test/Assesment after the Telephone Interview/Chat. After the Personality Assessment comes the CBT, Work Experience then actual Interview, etc.

@all asking about which email to submit with. I those email addresses are all okay, esp that on etisalat website, but its much better, easier if you know someone in there and submit thru them.
