Tell us about yourself
Products and services
Know their core values
Know what exceptional customer service is
Qualities of a good customer care rep
Language skills, u may be asked to say sth in another language that u know apart from eng. You can get their services oon the website.
Just be audible and calm

@ missade if someone did not get a failure or succesS message and have checked his mail both inbox and spam, what can he do?

Well, they always send a success or regret mail. Did u do ur cbt with all those who received a mail orr at a later date?
It may be in batches, they'll surely contact u

@oliwaseunojo and elipseco... Calm down. Our results came out exactly 3 weeks after and urs isn't 3weeks yet. So u should be expecting it next week Monday or Tuesday. My own opinion though ...
