HR Business Partnering and Self Empowerment.

Department: Human Resources

Location: Lagos

Job Description: Business Partnering
•Plan HR Business Partnership strategy, define operational parameters and ensure that they meet set standards
•Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities to the line (all divisions)
•Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of HR solutions across the business, very vital
•Ensure high quality HR services are provided consistently, timely, effectively and efficiently to client group, meeting and exceeding agreed service levels
•Champion the identification and deployment of talent in the line
•Lead the team of HR Business Partners to adeptly advice and counsel managers on human capital, talent management, performance concerns and conflict resolution
•Liaise with management to develop specific recruiting plans
•Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
•Develop new strategies and programs to attract the best candidates
•Ensure that the business is adequately resourced with the right people, in the right place and at the right time.
•Source for candidates at the executive level with the best culture fit for the company
•Ensure the team works with the culture and engagement officer to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions.
•Ensure the team assists in the Identification and implementation of necessary process improvements to the employee engagement and culture survey administration.

QUALIFICATION:
- BSc/HND/OND with at least a second class lower degree.
- Zero(0) – Two (2) years relevant post National Youth Service experience in any field.

REQUIRED SKILL:

• Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable analytical and negotiation skills
• Effective communications and engagement skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
. Ability to meet up with stipulated time.
