FIFA will reveal the FIFA/FIFPro World XI for 2012 as voted for
by over 50,000 professional footballers,on the
7th of January 2013, during the FIFA Ballon d'Or ceremony.


In 2011, the FIFA/FIFPro World XI consisted of the following players:

GK: Iker Casillas;

DFs: Daniel Alves, Gerard Pique, Sergio Ramos, Nemanja Vidic;

MFs: Andres Iniesta, Xabi Alonso, Xavi Hernandez;

Fs: Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney.


I guess Spain was apportioned 75% of the whole list. These guys are
fantastic though but La Liga is rubbish. It makes some average
players seem really good. Lots of 'weakling' teams unlike EPL.
