Not used up, just subscribe for BIS this week so Data is there, I check often,don't knw wat to do

Apparently it is not about ur data been used up or not. I still have 2.9gb and it isn't working again. It worked yesterday and stopped working again showing I shud sub to a data plan. www.buy.etisalat.com.ng or so. So I guess the hotspot feature has been discontinued. Lol.
If anyone has any luck using it, let me know please. Thanks.
