There has been a stiff tension in the state capital, benin city, just as sitting in the tribunal for the july 14, 2012 election takes place almost every week.

Recently, the court brought back the issue of academic qualifications levied against oshiomhole. And which there are every indications that Adams Oshiomhole's victory wld be nullified, while Charles Arhiavbere wld be declared winner as the runner-up of the election.
The sitting was adjourned to next week after long sitting in the court yesterday.
