i had to barr nairaland from my pc at a point,

my girlfriend is also complaining and as a wise guy i will go to one of the girly topics and we have a good laugh

then i continue on the business forums,

not regretting though, relieves me of stress

on and off. But i must confess, i always have a good laff here even when i feel really down.

I'm on the verge of getting addicted. I share between officework and nairaland, and I'm recruiting more and more of my colleagues into it.

Hmn, am relatively new at nairaland but am seriously addicted to the site, i found it difficult to rest whenever my server is down, its like something is missing in m**e.

When I left Nigeria, I didn't want to care about anything going on over there. I lost every relationship I had with people other than the Papa and Mama families. I know some Nigerians here but I can't stand their stupid behaviors. I rarely attend their parties here and now they all looking at me as if I owe them ****.

Nairaland is kind of encouraging me to look back and think, Nigeria is my place nor matter where I reside.


Addicted? I don't know you tell me. Addiction is a strong word. Eat food or log in? I may chose food and at times I may login.

ADDICTED?no way men not me,okay lets do some little stats:

1.In 24 hrs I tend to spend an average of 6-10 each day on Nairaland!
2.Whenever I start up my computer the first two internet windows I open are my yahoo mail and Nairaland!!
3.When I got banned for about 3days everyone knew?my dad girlfriend sisters even the guy that sells drinks in the downtown pub I hangout in because I wouldnt stop whinning?
4.I make it a point of duty to reply post and drop an average of 5 a day!when am out of the house I keep thinking whats going on in the forum and that I am missing something!then I speak alot about funny/interesting/innovative/knowledgeable topics I read on Nairaland with my family,friends,girlfriend,colleagues,,,anyone that cares to listen!
5.I have made alot of friends through this forum even hit 'em on the PM and chat,am proudly Nigerian and love to be associated with this global forum of seun's :-Xehm,,, Nigeria I mean.
So you tell me am I ADDICTED or what?cause to me it sounds pretty much like LOVE

So far 2 months NL member, i am little addicted to learn so much more about 9ja that i am thirsty. I am USA born, love to learn about 9ja and Yoruba culture itself. I ignore what USA ppl gave me negatives about 9ja.

Also NL topics that make me laugh as part of stress relief, some topics are stupid, some are educational, some are tear-jerky emotional, some are jokes, some are weird, and some are sicko!!

NL forum is the best of all other forums I went thru the last 14 years.

i dont know if im addicted yet cos i dont have much posts on nl but i think about the site all the time. even wen im not online

i also have this habit of printing out any interesting writeup i see on nl cos i dont find it easy reading for long on the computer with my eyes . _{im sure the a4 paper in my office will suffer for it.}

yeah i agree that seun has mood swings which go on and off but everyone has one problem or the other so i dont blame him. i read his journal and i found out that he's just human like me.
