I think it is not possible, since you are moving from faculty of science to faculty of art. Just re-consider the decision,or you start all over again by buying jamb form and not DE. Give it a second thought. Thanks.

The vendor I bought from told me there is DE CoC form but will be out by monthend. He should be patient & wait till monthend.
