Emmyeuler... dnt get me wrng... no mockery plz... i am sorry for dat... i was only trying to put myself in ur shoe... but bliv me I understand u... i av also bin to UI several tymz too... the transcript will only be addressed to the Registrar and d sch wil now carry it to their respective places where needed... n also for the fact that it is addressed to d Registrar , it wil be submitted to the admission office of the sch n from there the process begins... i won't lie to u... physically I saw studnts online submission print out n transcripts last yr when I was making some findings... Nah... u dn't need "to whom...", if u av ur notification of result datz beta... n u can start the transcript processing... the ealier the better!!!

Graduated 2012... meanwhile my previous sch is close to UI campus n I go there frequently to ask questns, get findings, make research and to get the best out of their buccal cavities in the admission office n some faculties as well, it is always opened to welcome ur questnz... all for the sake of our time diz year, to be fully aware of what to do n also for the sake of our dear brothers, so that we can help ourselves n put ourselves thru... in fact I av to buy a scratch card last yr while at my final year at sch so I can carryout our usual Nigerian bliv "seeing is believing"...so help us God...!!! simply ur notificatn of result, ur former sch admissn later, O'level result... are d 3 basic tinz n others are affidavit, birth certificate (if any)...lolz! thnx.

I noe all d process involve in abu D.E unless otherwise(may b they add sm tins 2 last yr proces). <<1>> afta filn ur d.e form u av 2 submit ur d.e printout and al d remaining credentials to d schl SENATE and DEPARTMENT of d particular course u applied 4. <<2>> u av 2 wait untill afta post-utme b4 u submitd it. Even if u take it nw dey wil tel u 2 come afta post-utme which come 16july last yr<<3>> get ur hands cross al d tym.
