I have never gotten that Masa joint taste for my Masa soup,I use gyeda, tomatos,shambo ,pepper,spring onions and any vegetable but mostly spinach or waterleaf with yakuwa or ugu.

Please share your recipe .

I've also not gotten it right yet. I just know some things to avoid. Mine tastes like it has too much groundnut in it.

Also, most of them wnot ever share their recipe, but one things that's sure is that bony meat called tantakwashi. Some use yakuwa to make it a bit sour and less sweet, maybe that's what I'm missing.
